Key Responsibilities:
 Sourcing potential candidates through effective channels (social platforms, professional networks and Website,..)
 Shortlist and conduct pre-interview and give assessment on interviewee basing on company requirement
 Schedule and arrange interview basing on the recruitment flow and process
 Conduct the reference checks to ensure that the selected candidate is clear from involvement of any illegal act or misbehavior in his/her previous job
 Negotiate with candidates on compensation and benefits as may deem necessary
 Assist for filing and keeping all potential candidate or list for future recruitment
 Design and update job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
 Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment event to build candidates pool
 Prepare recruitment report and analyze on recruitment status
 Send job offer letter to successful applicants and prepare employment contract before they are on board
 Ensure all staffs have set up probation objective and give confirmation letter basing on evaluation of each department head
 Ensure all required document are collected (family book, Cambodian ID card…)
 Other task assign by managers
Job Requirements:
 Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administrative, or other related fields.
 Minimum two-year experience in related fields.
 Experience at recruiting agency is an advantage.
 Good commend in English (speaking, writing and listening);
 Proficiency in Computer Skills (MS Word, MS Office and others).
 Strong communicate and negotiate
 Problem-solving skills
 Ability to work under pressure
Working Days and Hours:
 Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm & 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm
 Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
 Lunch time: 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm
