Key Responsibilities.
Develop marketing strategy to promote brand and write action plan to achieve specific objectives.
Coordinate marketing campaign and activities within marketing department.
Research and analyze current market trend, competitors and identify targeted customers.
Presenting findings and suggestions to directors or other managers
Planning event timeline in a year ahead align with sale performance.
Liaison with agency to work on event planning with flexible concept to support sale department.
Create seasonal event for existing customers to enhance relationship between customer and company.
Produce promotional video and digital content with appropriate concept and effective marketing message.
Oversee on digital traffic, create and maintenance social media content and campaign on company digital platforms.
Manage sale materials and POSM gift production and deliver by the assigned timeline.
Managing the production of promotional material
Prepare an effective budget plan for marketing department.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or other relevant fields
At least 5 years of experience in a professional work setting.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Have knowledge of a marketing techniques and concepts
Be an excellent communicator and think creatively
Work well in a team and be well presented with a professional manner.
Strong attention to details
Strong communication skills both in Khmer and English
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
Ability to work under pressure
Working Days and Hours
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:30pm to 5:30pm
Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm (Flexible)
Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:30pm
