Key Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and manage all events to increase brand recognition and customer
engagement
• Manage and install event logistic to ensure that all elements of the event are
delivered as planned
• Preparing budget plan for events and keep track on spending to ensure it is within
budget
• Monitor event performance and gather feedback to assess effectiveness and identify
areas for improvement.
• Manage on social media platform (Facebook, TikTok,..) and digital advertising.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Tracking and analyzing on competitors’ advertising and promotion activities.
• Researching trends in event planning to develop new ideas for future events
• Coordinate with internal and external sources to meet marketing campaign goals.
• Work closely with line manager and team to execute all event and campaigns
activities basing on strategies and company goal.
• Managing the design and production of flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and other
print materials used for marketing events
• Write PR for the event
• Other task assign by head of department.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Marketing or related filed
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in event arrangement, planning, analysis, and
brand building.
• Good English communication both in verbal and written
• Good computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Powerpoint,..)
Working Days and Hours
Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:30pm to 5:30pm
Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm
Lunch time: 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm
