Key Responsibilities:
Greeting to customer
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
Fill in data for every customer's call
Politely provide clear information to customer
Provide pricing and delivery information
Organize workflow to meet customer
Meeting with customer come to check theirs houses progress and update to customer by
showing report or call back
Provide solution to every complaints or problems
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Record details of actions taken
Maintain customer databases
Manage administration task
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interactions
Other tasks to be assigned by manager
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Sale/Marketing or related fields.
Minimum One-year experience in related fields.
Strong communication skills, customer-facing and relationship skills
Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint in particular, Social Media include)
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure
Working Days and Hours:
Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm & 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm
Lunch Break: 12:00 pm to 1:30pm..
Salary and Benefit:
Salary (300$-450$)
Incentive based on Sale target
