Key Responsibilities:
Assist in doing ground surveying by Total Station tool or D-GPS tool.
Assist in doing topographic update map and calculate volume.
Set benchmark, line marking, and coordination boundary point.
Assist in making cross section, mapping, and drawing.
Cooperate daily on the contractor/sub-contractor’s work.
Ensure the correct location of building/part of building.
Do daily site inspection and survey report
Other tasks to be assigned by manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in any related fields.
Fresh graduate / minimum one year experience in land surveyor or equivalent.
Good command of reading, writing and speaking English is a plus.
Proficiency in Computer Skills (MS Office, Microsoft Project, Computation software as Auto
CAD and some surveying soft, and others).
Good skill in using and operating the Total Station Machine, D-GPS, Mapping, Leveling, and
others.
Ability to communicate and negotiate with sub-contractors.
Demonstrate positive and flexible attitude and high commitment.
Working Days and Hours:
Monday to Saturday from 7:00 am to 11:00 am & 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Lunch time: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
Salary and Benefit:
Salary (300$ to 350$)
